CREATE YOUR AWESOME GOOGLE CHROME NEW TAB : ANTP

So I'm back, this time with the best way to beautify your Google Chrome browser.

What I'm going to share with you is the best Chrome extension I've used till now, its bound to make you fall in love with Chrome all over again!






ANTP - AWESOME NEW TAB PAGE
Yes! the extension is named as ANTP.
Install the ANTP extension from Chrome Web Store here





Click on ADD TO CHROME. 

Chrome will automatically download the extension, once downloaded you will be notified about it with a pop-up window.
Now open a new Tab and you will see the best New Tab ever!

Now before you start customizing your ANTP, you need to keep in mind the following two icons :
                                                   



                            ANTP LOCK 

Check for this white lock symbol on the left top bar of the new tab page. This white lock corresponds to ANTP LOCK mode. The lock mode is used for normal browsing and you cannot customize the new tab with this white lock mode.

                                                  
                                         

                             
                             ANTP UNLOCK

When you click on the white lock icon the above red lock icon appears which is the ANTP UNLOCK mode. This unlock is mode is exclusively used for the customization of new tab, you can add new thumbnail, you can drag and reposition a thumbnail, delete a thumbnail.




ADDING A THUMBNAIL

In the unlock mode (red lock mode) click on a blank thumbnail, the following window will appear :



Enter the Name and URL (highlighted in yellow) of the website, now if you want a screenshot of the website in the thumbnail then click Use Screenshot and you will be directed to the URL you entered and an automatic screenshot will be taken of the website. Now click the " X " at the right top of this window and your new thumbnail will be added to your ANTP.


My favourite feature of ANTP is this Google thumbnail :



 It houses all the Google products in one thumbnail, that is click on the Google+ icon (blue arrow) and you are in Google+ page, click the Gmail icon (red arrow) and you are directly in your mail. One thumbnail for everything from Picasa, Youtube, Search and Google play!

    sush...use PicPick instead of paint or whatever it was... by the way awesome plugin indeed for Chrome lovers... :D
